SSO has been turned on for NOAA since OMAO is under NOAA they will be logging in with the NOAA button.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is active for the NOAA Learning Center. Navigate to the Learning Center login page (https://doc.csodfed.com/), click on the NOAA button under Single Sign-On and you will automatically be logged into the NOAA Learning Center.

Please ignore the LOG IN box, you are bypassing entering your username and password by clicking on the NOAA button instead.
